Join the Kappa Delta Chapter
Membership in Eta Sigma Alpha National Home School Honor Society is an opportunity for homeschool scholars to be recognized for their academic achievement. Accepted students are formally inducted at our annual Spring Showcase and may note ESA/NHS membership on transcripts and college applications.
Application Requirements
Applications may be submitted in the summer after the student's 8th-grade year through October of the 12th-grade year. Senior applications are due by October 31.

Applicant must be a practicing Catholic who has received age-appropriate sacraments.

GPA
Minimum 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Transcript required.

Qualifying scores less than one year old. See requirements below.
Test Score Requirements
Tests may not be administered by a parent or guardian. A non-parent adult may proctor the test in your home if the parent is not in the room. Testing at another home, business, or official testing center is also acceptable.

Proctor Statement
Submit a signed proctor statement with your application that includes:
- Test date and location
- Proctor name and relationship to student
- Confirmation that no help or outside materials were used
CHECH reserves the right to contact the proctor for verification.

Service Requirements
Active members are required to attend quarterly meetings held in conjunction with CHECH events and to serve at our events throughout the year.
Induction
Formal induction occurs at the annual Spring Showcase. Once accepted and the application fee is paid, students may note ESA/NHS membership on transcripts and college applications.
